By utilizing this feature, users acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Data Usage: Review content, including text, ratings, and associated metadata, will be processed by our AI system for the purpose of generating insights. This information is used solely to help customers improve their products and services based on the insights provided. Users must take explicit action, such as clicking a button, to initiate the data analysis.
  • Third-Party Integration: To provide the AI capabilities that power Review Insights, RaveCapture works with trusted third-party services, such as OpenAI. These partners are under strict contractual obligations to safeguard user data and adhere to industry best practices for data security and privacy.
  • Privacy and Security: We process review data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Personal information, beyond what is necessary for analysis, will not be retained, shared, or used for purposes other than delivering Review Insights. Users retain control over their data, and requests for data deletion will be honored in line with our data retention policies.
  • User Rights: Users can request deletion of their review data at any time. Such requests will be processed in a timely manner, consistent with our data retention and privacy policies. Additionally, users are responsible for ensuring that their privacy policies inform reviewers about the use of AI tools for analysis, as required by applicable laws.

How do we protect visitor information?

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

All data collected by RaveCapture’s users through account signup, payment, review collection, and user generated content related services such as photos, Q&A and marketing items (ex: coupon date) will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities provided by Amazon Web Services. TrustSpot has a data processing agreement in place with its provider, ensuring compliance with the Directive. All hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. All transfers of data internally in the European Union is done in accordance with this data processing agreement.

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

We collect your email address in order to:

  • Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
  • Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders
  • We may also send you additional information related to your product and/or service.

Refund Policy

At RaveCapture, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and accommodating, recognizing the diverse needs and situations of our customers.

New Users & 60 day money back guarantee

We offer a 60-day money back guarantee to new users and accounts that sign up after February 24, 2023. If you are not satisfied with RaveCapture Support and our software within the first 60 days of sign-up, we will refund you in full upon request.

Please note that the 60-day money back guarantee only applies to new users and accounts that sign up after February 24, 2023. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms of service.

Refund Eligibility for users outside of guarantee

  • Refunds are granted at the discretion of RaveCapture. We evaluate each refund request individually to ensure it meets our criteria for eligibility.
  • The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the latest billing period renewal for monthly subscribers.
  • Eligibility for refunds will be considered under specific situations, such as non-usage of the software, technical issues that we are unable to resolve, or billing errors.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  • Cancel your account prior to the 60-day mark (for new sign ups) or within 7 days of your billing renewal.
  • Fill out the Manage Plan form found in the Manage my Plan page in-app.
  • We may also collect additional information to verify your identity and to prevent fraud.

Decision on Refunds:

We aim to process all requests promptly. However, the decision to approve a refund rests solely with RaveCapture and will be based on the merits of each individual case. Customers will be notified of the decision regarding their refund request via their provided contact information.
