Our new name – RaveCapture – embodies this vision. A tool that helps you capture not only rave reviews of your product, but genuine photos and videos of people experiencing the value your products deliver in real life.

A: Not at all! Your subscription remains unchanged, and you can continue using RaveCapture with the same features and benefits.
Q: Why change the name from TrustSpot?
A: There were many factors prompting this decision. Primarily, we have seen our product evolve from a simple platform to collect reviews to one that helps you double down on customer experiences. We needed a name that represented our place in the market. Not to mention, there is often confusion with the name “TrustSpot” as many other companies share similar names, but do not represent the standards nor product capabilities we showcase.
Q: Do I need to do anything on my end?
A: Nope! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the seamless transition. Your access and login details will remain the same.
Q: Will customer support still be available?
A: Absolutely! Our support team is here for you, ready to assist just like before. Reach out to us anytime you need help, no matter your plan level.
Q: What about my existing reviews and data?
A: Your reviews and data are safe and secure. Nothing about your reviews will change and your widgets will not be affected other than a small logo identifying RaveCapture as the collection source.
Q: Has TrustSpot sold to another company?
A: No, there has been zero change in ownership and nothing has changed on the business end other than a fresh name and logo
